Behind The Scenes Look
Hi everyone,
I just thought I would post a few of the videos of me working out with my trainer Nancy, so you can all see a little more "behind the scenes" of the different types of exercises that she does with me. But also so you can see the improvements as we keep pushing forward.
Much of my workouts these days are endurance, core and hips. Nancy said that I need a strong core and good hip stability in order to walk. She also said that for good walking I needed to be able to do a leg press with at least half my body weight. That would be aprox 51 lbs, and I'm currently doing 30 lbs. #nopainnogain
I am also working on something really neat with ReYu Paralysis Recovery Centre and I can't wait to show you all..
